Meet Grazing Fields Charcuterie
We are Desirea and Jacob Fields and we were born and raised in the Salem/Keizer area. Before recently returning home, we spent the last fifteen years living in Nashville, TN. While living there, we spent time building and honing the art of creating charcuterie boards for friends and family. Now we want to bring our craft back to the community.
What We Do
We believe that an incredible charcuterie board and an amazing grazing table takes more than running to the store to grab meat and cheese. Yes, we use many of the same ingredients you can find at a store. However, we love discovering new and unique flavors that we can pair together and incorporate in our charcuterie boards.
We want to go the extra mile to bring you boards that will fit your special occasion in hopes that we can surprise and delight you.
We work out of Indy Commons, a commercial kitchen in Independence Oregon.
We deliver to the greater Salem area.
We deliver Monday through Friday evening (5-7), Saturday and Sunday 10-2. *No same day boards **Delivery days and time can be flexible. We just ask you give us a little more notice.
