About Grazing Fields Cheese & Charcuterie Shoppe
Starting in April 2021, we began by making charcuterie boards out of a commissary kitchen in Independence. We quickly moved to making grazing tables, teaching charcuterie board-making classes, and holding cheese and wine pairing events.
As we continued to grow, we started resourcing hard-to-find artisanal cheese and charcuterie in the Salem, Oregon, area. We saw this as a way to surprise and delight our customers and raise the bar on their special occasions.
This love of feeding people good cheese is how we got to where we are today. Our brick-and-mortar Grazing Fields Cheese & Charcuterie Shoppe offers cut-to-order cheeses and charcuterie from around the country and the world. With around 40+ cheeses to choose from, we invite people to come in and sample before they buy.
Besides specialty cheeses, Grazing Fields is a restaurant offering simple cold and grilled sandwiches as well as soups and salads. You will also find charcuterie supplies such as crackers, jams, knives and other fun items. We also offer a variety of beers and wines (bottles and by the glass) that pair well with different cheeses and meats.
