Workshop includes: 90 minutes of instruction and hands-on guidance. Class provides all supplies needed to create your very own cheese board. We will discuss some of the history of cheese, pairings, plating techniques of charcuterie and cheeses and the best tools to build your own amazing boards at home. Enjoy your 9x9 crafted boards in class, or take it home to enjoy with others.
